Build me a PC with a value upto £1200 but you have to use

msi Z170A Gaming M5 Motherboard

U have to use both parts as I already have bought these parts.

I don't wanna over clock I just wanna be able to run games on ultra settings no problems at all

Why would I need a i76700k if I'm not overclocking ? I could just get the i5 6600

True. I put it in because you could afford it in your budget. Just because you buy the K model doesn't mean you HAVE to overclock it. You could have saved a lot of money and gone with a H170 motherboard if you were never ever going to overclock. For the record, I already had that build made in my partpicker, I just had to change the motherboard and case to fit because it had the Asus Z170-A and a S340. It just happened to be the right price.
