I want windows 7 preferably but will settle for 8
I have a monitor and keyboard / mouse already
I have a corsair GS600 PSU and venegnce pro 8gb ram if that's any help to save money.

You can use your own PSU since it's pretty good to save some money for windows and build what tiny voices suggested.

I would not use that PSU. It is an older unit and it it made with the infamous poor Corsair Capacitors.

GPU is not good. The ACX 2.0 is the one you want. the ACX has flaws that compromise performance and EVGA has addressed them and released the 2.0 version. DO NOT buy the normal ACX card.

I second the above. (tiny voice's build) The only change I'd consider would be a different case for personal choice and aesthetic reasons.
