Not very realistic at that price with dual monitors and W10, even with really crappy monitors. Plus by end of next year, the PS Neo and Xbox Project Scorpio will just kill it anyway, and you'll be back to square one.

I keep telling people to gear up as best as you can, and prepare for what 6 TFLOP, 4K capable, KB/M compatible consoles are about to do to game development, but most just aren't grasping the reality of it.
