I don't know any India's pc stores, but these should be available in most places.
Since you didn't mention budget and what kind of water-cooling, I just assumed you meant a regular AIO like Corsair Hydro H100i or similar. The case should be able to fit normal custom water-cooling as well.

EDIT: forgot the monitor

I tried to stay within reason with all the parts, not choosing too expensive ones since I know how the prices in India are.

In India, this build probably will cost around 90'000 INR (1400USD)

But you can bring the price down in several ways:

Intel i5 4460 instead of 4690k
H97 or B85 motherboard instead of Z97
GTX 950 or GTX 960 instead of 970
leave out the SSD

Very nice build here. For video card check other brands such as Gigabyte and Assus. They make reliable cards as well. Power supply you can check Antec and Corsair. Case Corsair is nice but also check Antec as well. Up the RAM to 16GB if you can swing it. Also ASRock is an excellent board but check Asus if you can swing it. ASRock used to be owned by Asus and was their budget board until ASRock went solo and now compete directly with Asus.

Did you not see this thread? http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1643019/guide-international-users-links-part-stores.html

Plenty of stores for India plus Newegg just opened distribution there.

OP - what is your budget? How much are you looking to spend?
