I'm looking for some help to build a case, i don't know what kind of tools i will need since will be my first time.

The idea is to have water cooling system in the CPU and GPU.

Sorry for the bad quality design "Paint" but that is the idea.

Please if you have any knowledge about how to do and if is a good idea please help me!

Building a custom case.

"What tools" is dictated by what material.
Lexan is different than steel is different than wood.

Here's one.
Of course, this requires a 3D printer, a few hundred hours in design with a good CAD program, and an idea to work with.

But that is not what i'm looking for, if you see in the design you can move that case to another desk, will only have 2 supports to hang on the desk, Top left https://ibb.co/kcEQbz
