build my own workstation

Hi all,

I am trying to build my workstation with limited money, I found the following and I was wondering if everything will be compatible and will work fine without any trouble, also what type of windows will I need to run the workstation, will windows 7 work fine?

1- 2x 16 Core AMD Opteron 6272 2.1 GHz
2-ASUS KGPE-D16 G34 dual socket motherboard
3- 32GB DDR3 rams (4x8)
4-4GB Raedon R290 graphic card
