subjectiveness and speculation are what comes into play here, first look at what new features haswell will have(overclockability+lower idle power??) and decide if thats a key factor for you... then look at the costs and how important that is to you, then the speculative aspect of the costs, ie will ivy drop in price, will haswell be released at comparable price, can you get a good deal(microcenter) now that you may not get in the future with haswell, ect... past architecture releases may give some insight into those areas but when it comes down to it your own subjective view will matter most as this doesnt seem to be a gamechanging architecture change.(maybe just commit hard and convince yourself either way) 😀D
