Hey there man it's great to see you as well. I did some changes and came down to this build : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/p8prBb
I'm mostly going to be using this for gaming/programming/maybe streaming/pc for the next 5+ years. My main concern is I just want to not only be able to play games like Fortnite on 144hz but that yea my pc will last me easily for the next 5 years and won't die on me/fall off like my old build after 3 years.

Solid build, should suit your needs very well for at least 5+ years on the CPU. GPU's don't typically last as long performance wise unless you don't mind lowering the settings a bit after a couple of years.

Okay so a lot happened. I joined this reddit server filled with PC builders and yea. so decided on this as being final: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZfFKV6
Reason being is I asked the kids about AMD and they said that there is the new AMD Processor line coming out in the Summer which will absolutely kill not only the current amd processors so like 2700x but as well as the i7 so then I thought of why not just get a cheap amd processor because the motherboard will work with the new ones anyways and then when the new processor comes out swap that one in and boom now i have a fully new setup essentially. What is your opinion on this?
