Hi im new to pc gaming and currently dont have a pc but i have 1200 gathered and was wondering if i should just buy this...

or should i just build it myself? it would cost me more and the pre build pc has windows 8,1 and os aint cheap lol .... anyways if you can think of a better way to use my budget just know this is canadian funds and things cost about 28% more then american products

if you can squeeze another $20 out of your budget you can get this which has the best gaming cpu and a far better gpu which is the most important component for gaming
