I want to start twitch streaming. I have like a 5 year old computer. I don't know if I should use this computer for streaming and build another gaming computer, or build another streaming computer and just upgrade the graphics card on my current computer, or just salvage what I can and build another computer for gaming and streaming.
My specs right now:

Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield Quad-Core 3.06GHz
Geforce gtx 460
650w power supply.
150gb WD velociraptor
Cooler master haf 932
12gb memory
1 1920x108 monitor.

If I have to build another gaming pc
Approximate Purchase Date: Anytime

Budget Range: $600-$1000 dollars

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Need a 2nd monitor, webcam and mic as well.

Solution
Keep the RAM. And the case is a nice classic, so if you want to change it up now's a good time to build a color-themed build.
