Build PC and buy in the same store?

Is there an online website which I can choose the case and components of desktop and they build for me?

In many countries, yes, but not recommended. 1. Overcharge 2. Limited choices
I will definitely recommend building your own. Budget? Country? Major usage?

In the US I know NZXT and Xidax both have pretty decent prices. Cyberpower is super hit or miss on both construction quality and quality of parts they use. The best and cheapest option is to build your own, with youtube and websites like these there are countless guides on how.

Actually I'm from Brazil but I'm going to USA this year, and I prefer to buy there because it's cheaper.

Then I think you could buy cpu/ram/motherboard/gpu/psu and buy the rest home as case is too heavy...

I want to build an Mini ITX, using the Coolermaster elite 110 is he too heavy?
Even knowing he's cheap, in my country is 5x the price as the USA

A really good itx case is the fractal design node 202. It's small, light but still has a good bit space.
