Solution
a couple of things:

a) u did not mention your budget
b) we have 850 evo, why not go for it instead of the 840 evo?
c) instead of 1 X 8 GB, I recommend 2 X 4 GB sticks
d) u can save some by selecting a non-overclocking cpu and a motherboard

Hi,
Thanks for the response,
I forget to mention the budget..My Budget is below Rs: 90000 ($1300)
Mudbox software require more power like Workstation system.so that i chosen this CPU and Motherboard.

Query
Is overclocking CPU give any issue for this work ?
Can i know which cooler best for this CPU (4790k)?
shall i go 2x8 16GB ram?
I am bit new for this suggest me best configuration for this.

Thanks
durairaj

overclocking give you no problem if you make sure that a) smps can withstand it, and b) heat dissipation is adequate

there is many options for heat sinks/cpu coolers, but i would go with cooler master hyper 212 evo or its more recent cousins

on the ram, sure

your configuration is very high end and neat; it should last you about 5 - 8 years easily
