Question Build pc for gaming ( 5-6 small game in sametime )

I want build pc for gaming .. Just old game like rising force or perfect world .. But i just need open the game more than 1 (actually 10 tab ) what should i buy .. Extra ram ( bigger ) or more core processor .. Pls answer .. Btw sorry this my 1st post and my english was so bad ^-^
