Solution
With a 750ti, u can make do with 720p medium 60fps.

But since you are gonna get the 11xx or 20xx card soon, this is what I would recommend :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($188.90 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard ($64.89 @ OutletPC)

Going for i5 will cost you more. Ryzen will do fine for 80-110fps.

Thermaltake psu are not good, only the grand power and dps g models are good.

Some other psu alternatives I can think of are corsair cxm 550, txm 550, vengeance 550
Evga g2/g3/gq 550, fsp hydro series, xfx ts and other seasonic gold rated psu.

If you have any idea of the gpu market, do u think the 10 series price will drop when the new series come out, or will the 20 series be a cheaper option.
