Build PC Under around 400£

Looking for a gaming pc for around 400GBP or under. Im playing only LoL and cs;go might play another games, but my current PC i cant at all... my cpu is i5 2400 and my gpu ati radeon hd 6850... and i have some problems with my cpu... overheathing and idk if an evo 212 would fix that. One more thing. I want ssd i got the sandisk plus 240gb, but my mobo is only sata 2 and i dont want to waste the SSD

This will give you a really good gaming PC, the Pentium CPU is AWESOME! It hardly costs a thing, and runs CS GO with a 750 Ti at around 150 FPS!
