Build PC vs Buying PC for Warcraft and Diablo - Help - On a budget

Trying to determine if it's better for me to buy a gaming pc or to build one that would work well with Wow and Diablo. My budget is $400. Any help is appreciated. Doesn't have to be too fancy, but works and will last a while.

I know you want a 400 dollar pc. But if you want to game somewhat, I'd recommend putting in a gpu. It's going to be 550 bucks, but it'll last awhile until you have some more money to upgrade it.

For those two games you can shave a bit of money from the above build.

Drop RAM to 4 gig, you can also drop a bit in video card power from the 7750 to a GT 640, that will save another $30 or so.
If you think you'd want to play some more demanding games, don't lower the video card.
