Build Psu required

Hy guys i recently build a pc with i7 7000k 3.6 oc , motherboard asus z270 p , 16gb ram , 1060 6gb oc video card and i just wonder if my cx550w psu will be enough to run .

Yes. Plenty good. Nvidia only requires a 450W PSU (minimum). But more would be recommended for a factory OC'ed version of the card. Plus you have an OC'ed CPU. Either way, you are good.

One caveat... if this is an older CX, they have a poor quality reputation. But if it has held out for you fine so far, I wouldn't worry. What gfx card did you have before?

I never heard of a I7 7000K do you mean I7-7700K at 4.2GHz

Thx for the answer. My old gfx was an 7770 HD 2gb , the psu cx550 is brand new also but is doing some noise .

And yes Kasper Jorgensen you have right is a i7 7000 no K on the end

I7-7000 cpu will not work in that motherboard. You will need a board with x299 chipset.
