Is this for gaming? If so, change the CPU to an fx6300 and get an am3+ motherboard. use the saved money for a MUCH better GPU.

You really want an fx6300 on this budget. It will give you more money to spend on the GPU. The GPU does 80% of the work when gaming and the CPU simply has to keep up.

Alright, last question...will this be enough to play the upcoming CoD, NFS and Fifa versions at medium-high settings ?

Medium settings at 1080p you should be locked at 60fps. Some games may run at a mix of medium and high.
