as my title suggests, my intention with this build is to be able to stream FPS games (CS:GO, new CoD, Fortnite, etc.) in 720p/60fps without having the stream effect my in-game experience (microstutters, hitching, general unsmooth experience, etc.). I'm not positive that such a build even exists, but am curious to get everyone's opinion. should be noted that I always downscale my res & never play in native 1900x1080, and I typically like all my in-game settings to be the lowest they can possibly go.
