Looks good, but check the memory. Im not sure if it works

DDR2 1066 <-- current memory
Memory Standard DDR2 1200 <-- memory supports...

Most likely this will work, but wait until someone with more experience posts...

The psu is serious overkill seeing how your not running SLI. Also that memory will work fine. It's always good to use thermal compound in your builds also. It's a cheap and great way to extend the life of your cpu by helping to keep the temps down.

If you plan on doing any overclocking, then I would suggest this heatsink below. For the price it's selling at right now it's big time bargain.

9800 GX2 is a really bad idea. Two underclocked 8800GTs is nothing really amazing.

Look at the 260 or 4850 x2 in Crossfire.

Change the motherboard to a P45 chipset board. X48 is overkill. The MSI Neo-F is a good choice if you choose the 260. If you decided on 4850 Crossfire (ironically about the same price as the 260 but might outperform it) look at the Asus P5Q Pro.

PSU won't be overkill if you choose to X-Fire, so keep it.
