Build shuts off a few seconds after being turned on.

Specs:

XFX 6870

i5 2500k

Gigabyte GA-P67A-D3-B3

Ripjaws X 8GB RAM

CM Storm Scout

OCZ ModstreamX 600W


What I've tried so far:

Reset CMOS battery (nope)

Boot with 1 channel of RAM (nope)

Jumpstart PSU with connection only to Hard Drive and Case Fans (worked)

Removed everything from case & booted on Anti-Static. (nope)

Checked Heatsink + Fan on CPU

Tried with a different PSU (no dice)


From this, I'd imagine it's a Mobo problem? If so, could some of you fine people point me towards some good Mobo deals?

Before buying a new mobo, I would try though testing a different power supply (if possible) and different graphics card. Or test yours in a different PC.
