Thank You so much in advance :)

do you need an entire system or just the video card, cpu, ram, motherboard? would that budget also include the 4 monitors you mentioned? yes a 970 can run 4 monitors at once to answer your question.

For the motherboard I also like the AsRock Extreme6, and the Extreme6/3.1 especially if you can find them.

I suggest you those parts:

If you only need the CPU, MoBo & PSU.

CPU - i7 4790k
PSU - Seasonic 620 / Coolermaster 600 / Corsair vs 650 (Available in India)
Mobo - MSI z97 gaming 5 (Good for OC your CPU & SLI @gpu )
Anyway get a good case & 970 is perfect for 1080p gaming

- do you need an entire system or just the video card, cpu, ram, motherboard? - I need suggestions for entire system focusing on gpu, cpu, mobo.Coz they are ones I don't want to compromise with.

- would that budget also include the 4 monitors you mentioned? No. I need a system which is able to run 4 monitors when needed.

Thanks..

How do I choose cpu ?
Are i5 4690k cpu is compatible with gtx 970 ? or should I go only for i7s ?

Ofc i5 4690k is compatible with GTX 970 . Dont go for i7 .spend the money on SSD. Anyway i5 4690 cost around 16400 INR and i7 4790 cost around 20500 INR . Its up to you mate. i5 sufficient for gaming

Things are getting mixed up. The processor has nothing to do with the graphics card. The processor needs to be compatible with the motherboard. The graphics card is then installed into the PCI Express x 16 slot of the motherboard.

Here is a video on building a gaming system. Perhaps it will clear up some of the confusion. There are several parts to the video. You can search for additional videos on choosing a CPU, motherboard, ect.
