Did you update the BIOS for your current motherboard?

You could buy a used Z270 board, if your current one is damaged. Why is Intel responsible that you can´t buy a motherboard anymore?

Ryzen path:
The RAM is on the comatibiliy list (QVL) of MSI and should work out of the BOX with XMP profile on 3000MHz, be sure to update the BIOS, so the RAM will work without issues. Eventually you can OC the RAM a bit more than 3000MHz, but you will have to find out yourself.

Are you sure that you need a Ryzen PRO CPU (additional safety features for business users) and not a "standard" 3700X?
