Build with Haswell or wait Broadwell at Q2 2014

i have made an research for a good built with Haswell cpu

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
Mobo: ASRock Z87 Extreme4
RAM: 2xG.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB 1866Mhz
Storage:Samsung MZ7PD128BW
Power Supply: Corsair HX750
Case: Corsair 540

i want the pc for software developing and SQL Server developing.

Could i take all the parts and wait only for an Broadwell cpu or make the built and upgrade at the future for more stable cpu from intel?

Latest I've heard is Broadwell for desktop is late 2014/early 2015 - if they do bring it out, and that may well depend on if AMD comes out with anything new, INtel may just wait until Skylake
