Solution
Ah okay. Determines the answer detail then.

There is no problem going just SSD. It's fast and convenient.
It's just that stuff accumulates over time and if often better
stored off your efficient but smaller containers. 2TB is usually
enough and a good bang for the buck, I have a removable
drive bay that my offsite storage drive goes into for backups.
Having said that I have an archive of photographs and
applications that I do not want to re-download, re-install and
re-validate until Windows 10 is mostly stable.

Experience is usually just doing, while being careful and
meticulous. Watching two or three of the best youtube
videos about building a box should suffice and there are
links galore from these pages as well...
Nice build. Red and black right down to the ambiance of the Deep Cool water system.

If the same relationship between i5 and i7 exists as in the previous generation and
you are not doing heavy streaming and editing and such...then no i5 works.

Everything seems balanced and of higher quality. No bottlenecks. Good capacity.

I see a lack of spinner storage, are you sure or do you have old drives to use?
I mention this because going solely to SSD means a more disciplined approach
to content management and not letting cruft accumulate over time.

Are you an experienced builder?

Hey thanks for getting back,

Is there a problem going entirely ssd? And am I better off just going for a 1TB hdd?

No I am not an experienced builder

I think you are good to go - you could go with MSI's
offering the Krait Edition and save $100 to make the
leap to the i7 easier but then again I don't know how
much of a speed boost it will actually give you but it
starts at 4.0 instead of 3.5.
