Please let me know which set up is better only difference really is CPU, GPU, and memory. Since I am building 3 of them really want to get best value for money. Is this overkill for what we need? What we do:

World of Tanks, Witcher, Guild Wars, Minecraft,

1 will do light video editing

I have to say no to both builds, due to the low quality power supplies. Stick with tier 1 and tier 2 units.

With you doing video editing, even light stuff, this would be a better buy.
