Building 350$ pc for 1080p(no gpu)

As the title says I want to build a pc that can run a 1080p gaming for gpu 200$ value max(used ones too). If you guys have better ideas please suggest them.

Now this doesn't include OS or GPU as you asked, with the AMD was a little cheaper so I added a SSD for the OS. Though you may be able to use that extra $$ for 16GB vs only 8GM. However if you plan to buy a GPU during the build process it would be better to try and get a 2600 instead of the 2200g. Though with the 2200G you can game to some extent right away and purchase a GPU down the road depending on what games you want to play.
