Building $850 CAD PC Need Advice/Suggestions (First Build)

I would like to build a $850 PC in the summer. I have made a list of my parts that I am going to use on pcpartpicker ComputerBuild. Some of the games that I'd like to play on it are pubg, project cars 2, minecraft, BeamNG.drive and GTA 5. Does this seem like a good build for me. Is this future proofed (will be able to play the newest games for years to come and upgrade-able)? Are all parts compatible. Is this the best bang for my buck. Would I get more if I bought a pre-built pc in this price range? All feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

I like your suggestions. I just have one question, what is dual-channel ram? Is it just simply having 2 ram sticks or is it more than that?

dual channel ram means that it runs on two channels so if you only use 2 sticks of ram they need to be in specific slots since most boards that are dual channel actually have 4 slots. just make sure to check your mother board instructions to make sure that you put them in the right slots if only using two sticks of ram.

Dual-channel is the mode in which memory operates. You must have 2 sticks to run dual-channel. Dual-channel is effectively faster than running in single-channel mode.
