Building a 1070 rig; 1440p 60Hz vs 144Hz

Hi, I am getting a rig with a GTX 1070 in it. I was wondering if it would be good if a 1440p 60Hz setup would be good or is the 1070 powerful enough that I would want to go 144Hz? Any help is appreciated.

well depends on the kind of games you play. you have awesome hardware, I would personally go for 144Hz.

I currently play Overwatch, WoW, Rocket League and getting BF1 (tried the beta) and they are all 90+ FPS
for AAA games though I would recommend getting something with Gsync.
