Building a 1440p rig.

In a couple of months I am going to build myself a desktop computer that will hopefully run most triple A gamez at 1440p on high / ultra settings while hitting about 80 - 100 fps. Now I am a college student with a small budget but I have been saving some money for this project. I am planning on overclocking. I am wondering if this rig will be able to handle 1440p. Also in the parts list I left out an SSD that I already have. Just checking for others opinions.

Old gen I5 is not worth spending anymore, PSU is not good, SSD is crucial nowadays for speed. My edits wth two routes:
