Building a $1500 gaming/work PC

I started learning how to develop a game and i decided to start developing this summer using :
1-CryEngine 3
2-3Ds Max 2014
3-Adobe Photoshop CC
4-Adobe Flash Professional
5-Visual Studio 2013
besides that i am a keen gamer,
but i have a question whether my current rig will be enough for running these programs + playing the latest games
My current system :
Intel Core2Duo E7500 @ 3.66GHz
2 X 2GB DDR3 1333MHz ram
GT 640 2GB DDR3 @ 1100MHz Core and 950MHz Memory
but i am thinking to change this rig by a new rig for 10000 EGP ($1500)
so i need your suggestions whether to keep my rig or change it and if i am going to change it I want suggestion about a good build in that price range, you can get the prices from here
http://www.egprices.com
i just want a case with what is inside (no monitor, os, speakers or keyboard and mouse)
note : I am going to use an 1080p monitor.

Solution
The 4670k isn't necessary with an H87 board, and if you're going to be using Photoshop and various development programs, an i7 would be ideal. The Thermaltake SMART PSU is also a little on the weaker side, but would be ok. The rest of the build looks great to me, and would be a well-rounded build. I would only change the CPU.

first of all thanks for help but what about this rig :
CPU : i5-4670K 1750 EGP
Motherboard : Asrock Fatal1ty H87 Performance 880EGP
GPU : Galaxy GTX 780 HOF edition 4300EGP
Ram : Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz 8GB (2X4GB) 450EGP
Case : Zalman Z3 Plus 400EGP
Power Supply : Thermaltake Smart SE 530W 500EGP
DVD Drive : Samsung external 180EGP
HDD : Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB 920EGP
SSD : Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB 700EGP
CPU Cooler : Zalman CNPS10X Optima 275EGP
It will be nearly 10,350EGP in total and i won't need an OS
