The website is in picture, those are the parts I recommend. You still need to get Operating System, Windows 7/8. If that would put you out of budget, get a cheaper case.

I started out with the same budget but found out that the prices online were still subject to freight and the markup by local businesses here in Mindanao. You can buy online but they make you sign a shipping waiver and what happens when they send you a defective item, you can't return or exchange it because you signed a waiver before shipping. That's why a 35 thousand gaming rig in Manila would cost 45++ thousand here in Mindanao. I ended up spending something like 65 thousand. My specs:
AMD A10 7850K
Gigabyte A88X G1 Sniper
Radeon R9 270X VaporX
16 Gb HyperX Black 1600Mhz OC'd to 1866 Mhz ( 2x8Gb)
Aerocool VP Power 600W
Strike X one advance Gaming Case
WD/Seagate HDD total 5 Tb
Deep Cool Gammax 400
Additional 1x Aerocool Shark 120 mm Red LED and 3 Deep Cool Red LED 120 mms'

If the budget is really tight go for the A10 7850k and 2400 RAMs then add a good GPU later. Focus on Bang for the Buck. Get a good Mobo that you can upgrade to a crossfire/SLI later when you run into money. A 600W PSU is really pushing it but if it's true rated and it's all that can be had well, it will do for now. Upgrade when the need arises. You don't have to spend the bulk on a really fancy case but if you really want one then use any old case you have lying around for now and save up for the one your dreaming of. Focus on Quality parts that you can either use in the final build or can easily be sold at a little loss. Ex.; you can always sell the APU later if you want to go 8 cores with the FX 3850. A lot of Internet cafes use APU's and will find that 2nd hand A10 7850K Kaveri very tempting. Well in the short-short, in your budget it's gonna be hard to build a gaming rig that will run today's games in high resolution but with the right parts and a lot of determined savings, you will build one later ( using parts you bought ex. good Mobo, RAM and proceeds from parts you sell ex. PSU, APU plus your savings.)
