Help me build a 500$ gaming computer (excluding the monitor, mouse, etc JUST THE PC) that can play modern games like GTA V, Witcher 3, ARK, and CS:GO on med-high setting 1080p 60fps.Also I am a total noob at building a computer. My friend say this is a good build but i will openly accept your opinion too..

CPU: AMD Vishera FX-6300
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
Video Card: Sapphire R7 260X 2gb OC edition
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Red 2x4 1866
PSU: FSP Hyper 500w
HDD: Seagate 500gb 5900rpm
Case: Power Logic Armageddon Hectotron T3X black

I live in Indonesia so make sure the components is available there...

Solution
^ disagree about the HDD. There is and has never been any proof that one is more reliable than the other. I personally have had better experience with Seagate.

Also, no n r7 260x will not game at high settings at 1080p with good FPS in modern games. It is more of a medium settings card.
Your CPU is good, you might want to go with a cheaper motherboard if you want but thats alright.
RAM is good.
PSU could be changed to XFX 550W PSU. This XFX PSU is of great quality.
GPU is good for 1080p gaming at meds and highs.
You may want to change your HDD to Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB because Seagate HDDs aree not very reliable

Overall its a good PC!
