Hello,

I want to build an awesome rig that can play ANY game at max settings with no sweat. Also to be able to edit videos (Premiere) and Photos (PS) and still be awesome for the next couple of years.

My budget is around 3K but I can go a little more just to get that sexy, beastly rig.

Just so you aren't disappointed, there is no such thing as a system that can play all games at max settings. Some games include settings that just aren't quite possible and still get good FPS.

agreed, like arkham city comes imediately to mind. to ops question i would start with a 800d case, i7 2600k, dual 670s, a platnium 1200w psu for reliability and extra headroom, at least 8gb ram, wd black 2tb drive and 64 gb ssd for os, xspc rx 360 and 240 rads, mcp35x swiftech pump, and for the motherboard choose according to color theme. with that budget i would definitely watercool.

I don't like your monitor choice, considering you are using Nvidia cards, or planning to. The samsung is a HD3D monitor, meaning the 3D aspects will not work on your Nvidia, at least without hacks.

You should look into ASUS VG278H or ASUS VG278HE for 27" 3D Vision monitors, which are also 120hz or 144hz in the HE version (kit has to be bought separately on the HE version).

Maybe cause the i5-3570k is know to be a good processor... and it is a bit cheaper then the i7.
