Hi I am building a budget gaming PC. I am starting to pick out parts. I have in my list (Not including input/output devices) is
CPU: i5-9400f 150$
MoBo: Gigabyte Z390 GAMING X 140$
GPU: PNY GeForce GTX 160$
Case: Fractal Design Focus G Tower 70$
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Internal HDD 40$
Ram: CORSAIR - VENGEANCE LPX Series 16GB (2x8GB): 60$
PSU: Cooler Master Power Supply Master Watt Lite 500w80 84$
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 25$
I was wondering if there is any better or cheaper equivalent.

What is your budget and location?
What GPU are you getting (it just says GTX)?

Definitely upgrade the PSU.
You may want to consider an SSD, it's practically a must nowadays.
Also what speed RAM is it?
You shouldn't need an aftermarket CPU cooler.

If you're going budget, AMD is worth looking at from a cost to performance perspective. For example, a ryzen 5 2600x is very competitive in that price range, with more threads.
The only reason i put a i5-9400f was because i have had macs my whole life but i'll check out AMD.
