We have the GTX 950 already and would like to build this as cheaply as possible. We also have an SSD.

The rest of the listed parts will run about $370 Canadian including the taxes and shipping. I would prefer not to go above that.

You do not want to cut corners, on PSU quality. Low quality units can, and most likely will, kill other hardware, when they die. This is a decent enough budget unit.
