Any obvious issues? I'm not going for VR, but how would this work hooked up to a 4k television? Videos should be fine, but how would gaming be? 30fps? 60fps?

You only need at most a 500GB SSD for OS, software and a few key games you play the most and want faster loading times in.
Win 10 pro is also a waste of money.
Case comes with all silent wings 3 fans.
