Building a computer, will this work?

I am slowly building up a custom computer as i do this 6 month computer science course, which is extremely fun. This is basically a modified Cyberpower PC. Any suggestions or advice?

modified was probably the wrong word to use, it was more of a personalized computer for their site, but since they don't ship to Australia i chose to build it myself. And cyberpower is offering the killer xeno for free at the moment on some rigs.
