Building a computer

I would like to build a gaming computer and my budget is up to £400. I want to be able to run games like minecraft, saints row, tf2, cod, battlefield and some other top tier games on max settings. What stuff would you recommend to be able to do this

I would not say that you would be able to play top tier games on max with a £400 budget, but I would go for an AMD FX-6300 Black Edition and match it up with a HD Radeon 7770 or a 7790 if you can stretch the budget a bit. For cooling I would say that a Cooler Master Hyper 612s would suffice. The rest is up to you.
