Hello, I have a really old computer and I love challenges so i want to turn my old computer to a better computer with a BUDGET of ONLY $200 that can render after effects videos faster MY OLD COMPUTER SPECS ARE:

I'd definitely save a bit more - $200 will barely buy the motherboard and CPU these days.

Total: $269
This is the BARE minimum, not including OS, or anything else. And this build is butt. You'd be 100% better off to save some money spend it on much better parts.

Heh... if that's an old socket 939 motherboard and it can accept processors other than that sempron, I might be able to help. Need to see if I can find my old DDR memory though.

i have a socket 754!

Seems to be plenty of Socket 754 Athlon 64 3200+ processors available in E-Bay (under $10) and just upgrade the RAM to the motherboard's maximum. You should be able to do all that fairly cheaply.
