i am wondering if these parts will work together this is the first time building a computer. Also if i am missing any items that i need to build a computer please tell me. Aswell as if my power supply is enough for this rig right now i have a 500w power supply.

Solution
Very nice first build, i although would go with a better power supply. You should look for Cooler master, XFX, or Seasonic. Those are high end PSU Brands. I would also suggest a 550w unit. Just to be sure :)
- Some good choices there, but...
- Your hard drive selection is a generation old. Look for 64MG Cache, SATA3 6.0Gbps.
- An XFX power supply would be much better than the EVGA.
