Building a custom Laptop

Hi guys -
I have an old acer aspire 5315. I'd like to refurbish it ny buying a new keyboard, adding a hard disk from my other laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium installed. Also, would you recommend that I paint the case?

You can't build a laptop. Even if you wanted to, where are you gonna find the parts ?
