So it’s a little over the price point but only by a bit his list was closer to 2k. Anyways should I get a 2080 super and get a ok monitor or 2070 super and get a curved nice 144hz?

in my opinion, you should get the 2070 super and a nice monitor cuz it isnt that much of a difference between 2070s and 2080s

1)Overspending on a 2080 Super for just 1080p. That's more worthwhile for higher resolutions.
2)No need for an 850w psu either.

3)Flat VS curved is up to you. If there are any electronics stores open for you, go to them and sample their curved displays.
It's a love it or hate it scenario.

Yes, but you're still wasting on a 2080 Super at 1080p... not to mention, you're pushing the thermal limits of the NZXT H510.
It is a nice case, but the biggest shortcoming is the extent of the cpu and gpu hardware - the high power consuming ones - you can put in there and reasonably keep cool.
You would have to liquid cool a 2080 Super in that case.

Alright I got a bit more airflow and put it back at the 2070!super
