Noctua 140mm NF-P14S Redux Edition 1500RPM PWM Fan
not sure about cpu cooler though, because i dont like liquid cooler

thank you

What is your monitor config? Looks like a good overall build, fairly balanced imo. Do you have a DVD writer for that Win10 DVD? The 9900K does require a good cooler to reach full potential, so maybe look for very high-end air cooler or a good liquid cooler even if you don't like them. High end Air cooler would be Noctua NH-D15, and for liquid cooler EVGA CLC 240 would be good.

Everything else is fine.

my monitor is an old one viewsonic, but i absolutely have no knowledge about monitors, all i know is that i could use 1920-1080 in resolution, not sure about its ghz.

yeah i will get a dvd writer too, and yeah i liked the air cooler noctua nh-d15
however not sure about this cooler, caz i had good cpu heater before and i think the heat killed the gpu, although i had 3 more fans.

and can i use windows 7 in 9900k i heard it wont allow u install windows 7
tnx

is this board better for gaming?
asus prime z390-a lga 1151 atx motherboard, not sure if gigabyte is better

You will get better FPS if you choose 9700k and 2080Ti than if you choose 9900k and 2080. In addition, as suggested above already, you should get an SSD, at least for Windows and a few games, as otherwise loading things will be really sluggish.

We have money for a 9900K and a 2080, but, none for an SSD, even with $89-$99 each 1 TB Crucial MX500?

I never heard of a system without an SSD these past few years....500 GB and 1 TB units are quite inexpensive; for that matter, Intel's 660P units are equally as inexpensive, or close to it....
