Hi, I am looking to start building a computer with my older brother and we are trying to get all the parts sorted out before we make any purchases as I am sure most would do. I have found a couple of parts that I think would do nicely and I do believe they are compatible but I am not the tech specialist so i need input. Here are the parts I have scouted out so far:

AMD FX 8-Core Black Edition FX-9370 (FD9370FHHKWOF)

Hydro Series™ H100i Extreme Performance CPU Cooler

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2x 8GB) 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-1600C9D-16GXM

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

So with that in, I am left with a graphics card, some fans, a tower, power supply, dvd, and hard drives (looking for some SSD's because of the speed they work at and we don't really need a LOT of space so probably 240GB?) If some community members could give some input on some items we could grab to fill these empty positions that would be amazing. Also please help us make sure everything is compatible. Once again, this is a gaming computer, so nice specs at a relatively cheap price is the way to go.

the 9x cpu are over priced and do to how much voltage they use not may motherboard can use them. if your going to do a lot of gaming on the pc and trying to keep the funds under a 1000.00 i post a few build that you can look at and look at the reviews. the places that build funds need to go is the power supply the cpu and the gpu.

What's the budget and in what currency £,$??

Don't get an fx-9370, it's just an overclocked power hungry fx-8350 and to be honest if you want better than the 8350 you should just go to intel, be that 4670k or 4770k(if you want to overclock) and if you don't want to overclock xeon 1230 v3
