hello

I build a gaming computer and I want to know if the GPU and CPU are good for gaming and what FPS I could get,

CPU: Intel Core I5 4440 4 x 3.1GHz

GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 760 2048mb HDMI

do you have any tips or should I change something to this?
(my budget is 850, -)

This is an example of a full build for you with the OS included:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($184.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H87 Pro4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($93.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($68.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($56.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card ($240.98 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT Source 220 ATX Mid Tower Case ($44.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply:...
I would suggest throwing in 4670k, with this you will have possibilities of overclocking in future if you make up your mind.
As far as GPU, 760 is great. Go for either EVGA or Asus's version and you will be golden.

Happy Gaming :)

Is your $850 budget including Windows, monitor, peripherals, etc?

At any rate, the i5 + 760 will get you High/Ultra in everything at 1080p for the most part. That's a great combination. On a strict budget, it would cost you another $100 or so to get parts for overclocking, and that extra $100 would be better spent on the GPU, so I wouldn't suggest that path.

If you didn't want the OS in the price you could actually fit in a gtx 770 for Ultra everything performance. The gtx 760 will let you play many games at ultra and the rest at high settings (BF4, Crysis 3, basically the most intensive games are played at high settings).
