I want to get a new PC to play future game releases and also stream them. I noticed my frames have been getting progressively worse with these new games coming out so I want to upgrade. Keep in mind I also want to stream so there will be extra strain on my PC so I want what would be best to be able to do both. I always prefer performance over everything (144+ fps on games).

So far I have been looking at this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yQfs6s

My budget was going to be $1500 but this is close to $1600 so that's as high as i'll go. Let me know your thoughts and any suggestions would be helpful!

If you are planning on streaming some extra threads will help.

If you want to stick with Intel as the 9700K is a great gaming CPU and will handle streaming, then I would change motherboard to the Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X for its better VRM's, change NVMe SSD to 1TB Crucial P1 and drop down to the EVGA G3 650w gold which is more than enough.
