Building a gaming pc for $1500(around inr.1,00,000)

I am planning to enter PC gaming with a solid $1000-$1500 built, I live in India so it will be around Rs.100,000. I want a PC that can handle whatever I throw at it, VR ready and 1440p if possible.
I had a hard time searching for components but there are so many options so it will be great if someone could tell me a built. Thanks in advance.

First and foremost I would like to suggest pcpartpicker.com as a guide to building a PC.

Second you're going to want at least a GTX 1070 GPU but get a GTX 1080 if you can.

Third I would suggest that you get at least an i5 either Skylake and or kabylake. You don't really need an i7 but if it fits in the budget why not.

Now some questions for you. What size do you want your PC to be. Do you need the whole shebang like monitor, keyboard,mouse, ext?

I already have a monitor,mouse, keyboard, and a 650 watt psu, so I am planning to built a CPU only.

So it would be a great help if someone could tell me a build which can run everything at ultra with stable fps, and which is VR ready. And I have a question that should I go with RYZEN or kabylake?
