You have enough in your budget to buy another 560 ti if you wish to. The 560 ti by itself should run Black Ops and MW2 just fine. It should also handle other games you throw at it. The power supply is 750W in case you run SLI [2x 560 ti in this case]

I like what wintermint laid out there. As an alternative to his suggestion that you could grab another 560Ti I would suggest that you go with a 570 up front and add another one down the road for an even bigger performance boost. Although, there's no question that the 560Ti is a better value, so just something to think about.

Edit: And two 570s in SLI can be powered by that PSU, no problem.

I Assume you already have that videocard? Will, your on the good hand,
http://www.youtube.com/user/NCIXcom#p/u/16/toPSItZ7MII
Get the same exact set-up but since you got a lower Power Consumption videocard, get i5 2400(Or 2500k) and 8GB RAM

Optical Drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827249071(get blu-ray if you want but not need when you just play games, regular Optical drive are fine)

Either get this or waste more money on higher end... Power Consumption shouldn't be passing 300...

That's not true on the 2400, You can OC with the 2400 to "Only" 4GHz, nothing pass that...

While the Intel® Core™ i5-2500K and Intel Core i7-2600K do come with HSF (heatsink/fan) that will work fine at stock speeds, if you are going to overclock we do advise that you pick up a good 3rd party HSF. Otherwise Wintermint or legendkiller’s builds is look good.

While it is possible to get a small overclock out of our other processors the general rule is you can only go up 4 bins high in speed and it won't be as good as what you can get from the unlocked multipliers on the Intel Core i5-2500K and Intel Core i7-2600K.
