Case look is subjective. If you like the NZXT 820 go with it. Remember it is a full tower case. Make sure you have enough space in your desk.
A good 750w power supply can run two 1080s easily. Still i suggest get EVGA G2 850w for decent headroom.
You will be able to buy watercooled GTX 1080, but in my opinion for a 180w card, water cooling will not give you better performance, just better aesthetics. You will be able to grab
